A request to /api/v1/properties costs 1 credit. Your monthly allowance and daily request cap both apply.
The current public product is the free developer tier. Paid plans, higher limits and service guarantees are not offered through checkout at this stage. Build against the published limits.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Phone verification helps limit automated account creation and repeated free-credit abuse. It is required before generating API keys or using monthly credits. Verification codes expire and have attempt and resend limits.
Yes. Data tools use the same account allowance and published endpoint costs as their REST equivalents. A separate key or an AI client does not create an extra quota.
No. Pagination, time windows and rate limits are deliberately bounded. The free service is designed for scoped integrations, not unrestricted bulk extraction or reconstruction of the underlying database.
No. Descriptions, internal search price bands and agent emails or phone numbers are always withheld. Agency names and a limited set of public listing facts are available. Read the field policy.
Service-side failed requests are refunded. Your usage ledger records the applied charge. An empty valid result is still a completed request.
